		<description>Yup, we're still on the "g" spec.  The newer routers would be nice, but that involves actually buying something!  Our phone does have some interference with the WiFi, as does the microwave.  But the problems I was having were aside from that.

The good news is that my connection is much more stable now.  The move to channel 6 is good.</description>

		<description>Are you still on the "g" spec?  Take a close look at the newer dual-band N routers.  Since they take up all of the 2.4 AND 5 ghz spectrum it offers either higher bandwidth or better connectivity.  (sometimes both) and it's doubtful too many of your neighbors will stomp on ya.   N has been ratified and so the "seal" will start appearing on the shelves.  

Also take a close look at your cordless phones, I found that my uniden 2.4 was okay but an older panasonic would kill the wifi quite easily.  Perhaps some of them take FCC part 15 more seriously than others.
